Job Title: Contract and Data Analyst (Managed Care)
Location: Tulsa, OK
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $68,390 – $98,585 annually

Job Summary:
The Contract and Data Analyst supports managed care operations by analyzing payer contracts, monitoring reimbursement performance, and developing financial models to support contract negotiations and system revenue optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze managed care contracts and assess operational and financial impact.
Develop financial models and projections for contract negotiations.
Monitor contract performance and ensure payment compliance.
Audit financial results and resolve reimbursement discrepancies with payors.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
3–4 years of experience in managed care contracting or healthcare reimbursement.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Experience with Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools.
Ability to obtain and maintain Epic certification.
