Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes and safety regulations. Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations on the construction site to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications. Coordinate project scheduling, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. Schedule subcontractors. Oversee the work of subcontractors and laborers, providing guidance and support as needed. Prepare daily reports on project status. Qualifications: Must be able to read and follow plans. Also must have strong customer service skills. Computer skills are essential. Hands on commercial and/or residential construction experience IS required. Salary is negotiable, based upon experience!
