Job Title: Certified Behavior Technician (CBT)

Location: Lacey, WA

Contract: ASAP - June 17, 2025

Schedule: Full-Time, Mon-Fri, 6.5 hours/day (32.5 billable hours/week)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Certified Behavior Technician to support a 3rd-grade male student with Autism who has minimal verbal communication . The role involves implementing behavior plans, managing challenging behaviors, and working independently under BCBA supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and follow the student's behavior intervention plan (BIP)
Provide one-on-one support and crisis intervention as needed
Collect and report behavioral data
Attend group supervision on Wednesdays
Maintain flexibility and work independently while BCBA floats between sites

Requirements:

CBT Certification (required)
Experience with crisis response and high-intensity behaviors
Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Expectations:

Consistent attendance and punctuality
Ability to hit the ground running
Flexibility on assignment

Note: The school will not interview for this role.
