Altru Hospital is seeking a Board-Certified Interventional Cardiologist for short-term locum tenens coverage in Grand Forks, ND. This is an immediate, date-specific need for a provider who can fully commit to the coverage window listed below.

Coverage Details

Dates Needed: June 22 June 26
Schedule: 24-hour call
- Starts 7:30 AM on June 22
- Ends 7:30 AM on June 26
Practice Setting: Hospital-based Interventional Cardiology

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified Interventional Cardiology (required)
Active North Dakota medical license (preferred for immediate consideration)
Will also consider clean candidates with an ACTIVE IMLC Letter of Qualification (LOQ) in hand
Must be available and able to fully commit to the dates above
No malpractice or background issues (including dismissed or named cases)

Credentialing

Estimated 45-day credentialing timeline
Temporary privileges available for providers who can start immediately
(Strictly clean background required for temps)

Clinical Details

Patient Volume: Varies
- Mix of inpatient needs
- Possible elective procedures
- Some outpatient service
APP Support:
- On-site during the week, 8:30 AM 4:30 PM
