Job Description
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager for our casual dining sports bar with a medium-sized team of 20-50 employees. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering a memorable dining experience through high guest interaction and hands-on management. You will oversee hospitality operations, quality control, and staff scheduling using our POS system while ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all hospitality activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Train and manage front-of-house service personnel
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs using POS system
- Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations
- Maintain high level of direct daily guest engagement
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or related fields; willingness to train exceptional candidates with strong hospitality traits
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant management experience
- Associate degree in Hospitality Management or related field
