The YMCA of Greater Charlotte is seeking a part-time Kids Associate to provide a safe, nurturing environment for children while guardians participate in YMCA programs. You will supervise children, lead age-appropriate activities, and ensure a positive experience aligned with YMCA values. Responsibilities include supervising, planning activities, maintaining safety, and communicating with parents.
