Our client, a leading staffing and workforce solutions organization, is seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to drive business growth and develop new client partnerships throughout the assigned territory. This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and helping organizations meet their workforce needs.

The Field Sales Representative will work closely with internal teams to generate new business, grow existing accounts, and deliver exceptional customer service. This position offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, performance-based bonus opportunities, and mileage reimbursement.
Job Description
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and maintaining client relationships while expanding business within your territory. You will leverage a variety of sales strategies, including networking, cold calling, in-person meetings, virtual presentations, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Generate sales leads using CRM tools, industry resources, business directories, trade events, and online sources.
• Conduct cold calls, virtual meetings, in-person presentations, and follow-up activities to secure new client partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within client organizations.
• Develop account growth strategies to expand services within existing client accounts.
• Participate in professional, civic, and business organizations to increase market visibility and establish community connections.
• Facilitate client meetings and presentations to understand workforce needs and propose solutions.
• Conduct job site visits and safety assessments as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding, service delivery, and account support.
• Assist with account reviews, customer retention initiatives, and issue resolution.
• Support collection efforts and account management activities when necessary.
• Meet or exceed established sales goals and revenue targets.
• Maintain territory forecasts and participate in business planning and performance reviews.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in sales, business development, account management, staffing, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel.
• Experience using, or the ability to quickly learn, customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop leads, and manage client relationships.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proof of automobile insurance.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory and conduct in-person client visits.
• Ability to work scheduled hours and respond to client needs outside of regular business hours when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, workforce solutions, business services, or a consultative sales environment.
• Experience developing and managing long-term client partnerships.
• Familiarity with territory planning, sales forecasting, and account growth strategies.
