Field ManagerPosition at Ruppert Landscape ConstructionRuppert Landscape is a commercial landscape construction and management company, a family-owned and employee-owned business, headquartered in Montgomery County, MD, with operations in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Texas, Delaware, and Tennessee. Our mission is to provide opportunities for our people, take excellent care of our customers, and be good stewards of the environment and our community.Responsibilities:Planning and executing all aspects of high-volume landscape constructionHire, train, and manage personnel assigned to the crewPre-qualify material deliveries on siteBuild positive relationships with onsite customersManaging safety records and enforcing safety regulationsTracking labor and identifying manpower for work completionOversee job site quality control and productivityConduct weekly tailgate safety meetingsLead the on-the-job training efforts for field employeesQualifications:Track record of successfully managing commercial landscape construction environmentKnowledge of blueprint interpretationStrong organizational skills with fine attention to detailStrong and effective communication skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentDegree in Landscape Construction Management, Business Management, and CLT, OSHA 30 is a plusWhat we provide:Competitive hourly wagesOn the job trainingPaid Time offMedical benefits with dental and vision401(k) planFlexible work/life balanceFamily-oriented company cultureRuppert Landscape is an Equal Opportunity and E-Verify Employer.
