We're looking for a motivated Associate Immigration Attorney to join our busy immigration law team in Orlando. If you want to help people and use your legal skills to make a real difference, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

• Represent clients in immigration court and before USCIS, EOIR, and other agencies
• Handle cases like removal defense, family-based petitions, humanitarian relief, business visas, and asylum
• Meet with clients, explain their options, and create a clear legal strategy
• Prepare and file applications, motions, briefs, and appeals
• Work closely with paralegals and support staff to keep cases moving

What We're Looking For

• Law degree (JD) and active U.S. state bar license (any state)
• 1+ year immigration law experience (removal defense experience is a plus)
• Fluent in Spanish and English - speaking and writing
• Comfortable in court and confident talking to clients
• Organized and able to handle multiple cases at once
