Job Description & Requirements Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Lancaster, Texas. You’ll work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active—under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Key Information Specialty: Physical Therapy Assistant Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 07/20/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active State License is required to start the assignment. BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC. Experience in an outpatient clinic setting. Experience using Web PT. Assignment Details Hospital-based outpatient clinic. Schedule: Mostly 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, with possible 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM shifts. 5x8 schedule; no 4x10 schedule. PTA caseload averages 12 to 14 patients. Support includes cleaning techs and hybrid techs who assist with patient care. Care is not always 1:1, and double bookings may occur for PTA.
