Product Manager

Own the roadmap for Claude-powered internal products and automation across one or more customer functions Run intake and prioritization for high-impact problems Write problem statements and requirements for engineering Ship iteratively, gather user feedback, and improve products after launch Co-develop adoption roadmaps with internal customer teams Define success metrics and report adoption and business impact Plan rollout, training, and support as part of change management Rework or discontinue products that do not deliver sufficient value Build relationships with leaders and translate needs into product priorities Partner with IT, IT Engineering, Security, Legal, and Finance on access, data handling, governance, and product requirements Communicate plans, progress, and tradeoffs Make scoping and sequencing decisions involving Claude, internal systems, and integrations Partner with engineering on maintainable and secure architecture Stay current on Claude capabilities and introduce suitable capabilities to internal teams Requirements Deep product management experience, including ownership of products used by internal teams Experience shipping products that measurably changed how a team or function works Experience partnering with engineering, IT, and security teams on technical products Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to explain tradeoffs to executives and requirements to engineers Comfort operating with ambiguity and setting priorities across competing requests Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Relevant field of study demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience LLM or agent tooling experience (nice to have) IT, internal tools, or business systems product experience (nice to have) Change management or organization-wide tool rollout experience (nice to have) Knowledge of security and data-handling practices for internal systems (nice to have) Visa sponsorship may be available depending on the role and candidate Core Competencies Demonstrates deep product management experience with a focus on internal tools and automation, effectively partnering with engineering, IT, and security teams.
