The Sales Specialist will meet with prospective and existing customers to understand their roofing needs, provide product and service information, and prepare accurate estimates and proposals. Daily responsibilities include following up on leads, conducting roof inspections with the production team, maintaining detailed records in the CRM system, and coordinating with operations to ensure a smooth project handoff. The role involves presenting roofing options, answering customer questions, and guiding customers through the decision-making and contract process. The Sales Specialist will also participate in training sessions, support marketing initiatives, and represent Roofing Force at local events or customer visits.QualificationsStrong communication and customer service skills to engage with clients, explain roofing solutions clearly, and build trust.Proven sales skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Experience in training or mentoring team members on sales processes or product knowledge.Understanding of sales management principles, such as pipeline tracking and reporting, is beneficial.Prior experience in roofing, construction, or home services is a plus, but motivated candidates from other industries are welcome.Comfort using digital tools and CRM systems to manage leads, appointments, and documentation.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for onsite customer visits and inspections.Ability to work on-site in Olathe, KS, including occasional evenings or weekends based on customer needs.
