Customer relationship manager

Join a manufacturer of high-end, exceptional quality weatherproof cabinets, as an Customer Relationship Manager in Riverview, FL. Our client services customers throughout all parts of the United States, and some internationally. This is a full-cycle customer service position where you will handle a customer from initial contact, through the design process, all the way to the completion of the sale. **Do not look at this role as a "True Sales" role but more of Customer Service based role from begging to ending of the sales process**

salary: $24 - $26 per hour

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Guide customers through the design and ordering process while partnering closely with the Design Team.
• Serve as a trusted resource for customer questions regarding products, designs, orders, and project timelines.
• Follow up with customers regarding open proposals, project updates, and next steps.
• Maintain relationships with contractors, designers, and repeat customers to support future business opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.

Account Coordination & Administration:

• Prepare customer quotes and proposals using QuickBase CRM.
• Process orders, customer payments, and project documentation.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information within company systems.
• Create and organize job folders for production teams.
• Update customer records and project notes to ensure accurate communication and tracking.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience from order placement through completion.
