Certified Surgical Technologist

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures. The CST will prepare the operating room, sterilize and arrange instruments and equipment, assist the surgical team during procedures, and support safe patient care in an outpatient operating room setting in Denver, CO.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current NBSTSA certification from an accredited program.
• Active DORA certification as required by the state of Colorado.
• Minimum 1 year current acute care hospital CST experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with operating room equipment, including robotic systems such as DaVinci, preferred.
• Experience with Meditech or similar EMR preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Transplant experience highly preferred.
• Spine surgery experience preferred.
• Previous outpatient or specialty OR experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 07:00–19:00.
• On-call required on weekends. Typical on-call frequency is 8–12 calls per 8-week period.
• 30-minute response time required when on-call.
