Travel Registered Nurse ICU Job

Registered Nurse – ICU travel assignment in Geneva, New York. Start date: 06/22/2026. Duration: 14 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,913–$2,011 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. Shift: 3x12‑hour rotating (7a–7p / 7p–7a). Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital (ICU). Hiring organization: Healthforce Healthcare LLC. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to ICU patients across adult and geriatric populations, including those requiring advanced monitoring and support. Monitor hemodynamic status, administer medications, and manage ventilator and other supportive therapies as prescribed. Perform frequent assessments, document in the electronic medical record, and communicate changes to the multidisciplinary team. Respond to emergencies, participate in code events, and contribute to rapid evaluation and escalation of patient needs. Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other colleagues to develop and adjust patient care plans. Ensure safety, quality of care, infection control, and patient/family education in a high‑acuity setting. Requirements Current New York State RN license. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required during clinical orientation; NIHSS certification required. Additional certifications required within specified timeframes: Basic Coronary Care within 6 months of hire, CPI certification within 90 days of hire, TNCC and emergency nursing certification recommended. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion; strong communication and organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple priorities.
