Desired Background:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP licensure (SLP-CCC or eligibility for SLP-CFY considered)
• Previous experience in school settings preferred
• Proficiency in evaluating students for speech-language eligibility and administering therapy
• Knowledge of IDEA, IEP documentation, and collaborative educational practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Key Duties:

• Manage a caseload of early childhood and elementary-aged students, with some middle school assignments
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and make recommendations for eligibility
• Develop, write, and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
• Track progress, document services, and communicate with stakeholders
• Adapt to a hybrid service model if preferred
