Job Summary We are looking for a personable and confident Communications Agent to support customer outreach, promotional communication, and relationship-building efforts. Responsibilities Communicate with customers and prospective customers about products and services. Listen to customer needs and provide relevant information. Support promotional campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives. Assist with lead generation and prospect engagement. Participate in community events and promotional activities. Follow up with customers and prospects as directed. Assist with preparing materials for customer communication and outreach. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Share customer feedback and common questions with the appropriate team members. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Friendly, confident, and professional personality. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong listening and problem-solving skills. Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities. Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented.
