Roles & Responsibilities: - Assessing and planning patient care based on individual needs. - Implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients. - Supervising staff to whom patient care responsibilities are delegated. - Supporting facility leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. - Ensuring competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
