Our clinic specializes in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation, balance and vestibular therapy, neurological rehabilitation, fall prevention, and personalized treatment plans . Benefits Competitive salary: $80,000–$85,000 annually Paid Time Off (PTO) Continuing education support Clinical mentorship and professional development No weekends Supportive team environment Opportunities for career advancement within a nationally recognized organization Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care Provide evidence-based outpatient physical therapy treatments Treat orthopedic, neurological, balance, and vestibular conditions Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Complete accurate and timely documentation Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare providers to achieve optimal patient outcomes Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Current Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure Outpatient experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for patient-centered care Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Why Join FYZICAL Dr. Phillips?
