About the Role:

As the Senior Manager of Paid Social Marketing you will own the execution optimization and performance of paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta TikTok LinkedIn Reddit Pinterest and emerging channels.

You will work closely with Analytics Design Product Data Science and Lifecycle teams to drive scalable growth through audience strategy creative testing attribution experimentation and performance optimization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution while leading and mentoring a growing paid social function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead paid social strategy and execution across major social platforms
• Manage campaign optimization including targeting bidding creative testing and budget pacing
• Develop structured testing and experimentation roadmaps to improve performance
• Partner cross-functionally with Analytics Design Product and Data teams
• Lead reporting attribution analysis and performance insights for leadership
• Mentor and develop team members while helping scale the paid social function
• Identify new audience growth opportunities and scaling strategies across channels
• Monitor platform trends ad formats and emerging best practices to maintain competitive performance
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets and messaging
• Support budget forecasting campaign planning and quarterly growth initiatives
• Work with external platform representatives and partners to improve campaign performance
• Ensure accurate tracking attribution and data quality across paid social campaigns

What Were Looking For:

• 5 years of paid social marketing experience with leadership or people management experience
• Strong expertise across Meta Ads Manager TikTok Ads Manager and other paid social platforms
• Proven success managing and scaling large paid social budgets
• Experience with analytics attribution experimentation and performance optimization
• Strong communication collaboration and project management skills
• Commercially minded with a strong focus on measurable growth and execution
