Estes Park Tire & Auto is looking for an experienced Master Automotive Technician to join our busy, family-owned repair shop in beautiful Estes Park, Colorado.

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues across major vehicle systems
• Perform advanced mechanical and electrical diagnostics
• Troubleshoot drivability concerns, electrical faults, and complex repair issues
• Complete maintenance services and repairs accurately and efficiently
• Use diagnostic equipment, service information, and appropriate repair procedures
• Maintain clear, detailed repair orders and service documentation
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations effectively with team members and customers as needed
• Follow safety procedures and maintain high standards of workmanship
• Stay current with evolving automotive technologies, diagnostic methods, and repair procedures

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in hands-on automotive repair
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical repair skills
• Ability to diagnose problems accurately and complete repairs efficiently
• Personal tools
• Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Professional communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• ASE certifications preferred but not required
