Overnight Shift Manager

Overview Overnight shift hours typically range between 10 PM and 7 AM. Responsibilities Oversee overnight shifts and ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness. Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald’s standards. Communicate effectively with crew and next shift managers to help them prepare for a successful shift. Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals. Monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability. Manage crew schedules and encourage high performance. Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production. Train new team members on critical job functions. Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older.
