Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a strong background in dermatology to join a growing outpatient practice. Schedule

• Full-time ( clinic hours per week)
• Flexible 4, 4.5, or 5-day workweek
• Clinic hours: Monday Saturday, 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
• No call requirements
• Flexible start and end times

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $140,000 $170,000
• Productivity bonus with uncapped earning potential
• Average total annual compensation: $225,000 $250,000

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of dermatologic conditions.
• Perform comprehensive medical dermatology evaluations and treatments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients.
• Work collaboratively with supervising physicians and the clinical care team.
• Mentor and support dedicated medical assistants and clinical staff.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, provider meetings, and continuing education.
• Build strong relationships with patients and referring providers.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license (or eligibility for Colorado licensure).
• Minimum 2 years of dermatology experience working under a board-certified dermatologist.
• Medical dermatology experience preferred.
• Candidates with aesthetics experience are welcome if trained under a board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon.
• Strong communication, leadership, and patient care skills.
