Reach Truck Operator
Mount Juliet, TN
We are looking for an experienced and safety-focused Reach Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a reach truck to move, locate, stack, and count materials.
- Load and unload products from trailers and move them to designated areas.
- Pick and stage orders according to company standards and production schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory by scanning and recording product information.
- Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 6 months of recent Reach Truck experience.
- Ability to operate Crown, Hyster, or Yale reach trucks (preferred).
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude are essential.
