Document patient medical history and progress consistently. Communicate patient concerns to supervisors and team members. Qualifications Certification from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Ability to walk or stand for extended periods. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Excellent interpersonal skills including patience, empathy, and compassion.
