About the Role As a Collision Repair Technician , you will play a pivotal role in restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition while delivering a world-class customer experience. You’ll: Perform thorough disassembly, repair, and reassembly of vehicles. Ensure structural integrity by repairing and realigning frames, panels, and body components. Use advanced tools and repair methods to achieve OEM-level quality and safety standards. Communicate and collaborate with teammates to meet repair timelines and KPIs. Deliver repaired vehicles with confidence, ensuring work is complete and customer‑ready. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of a technical school program OR apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred. Strong knowledge of collision repair methods, tools, and procedures. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Physical ability to bend, kneel, lift up to 30 lbs., and safely perform repairs in a shop environment.
