Senior IT Technician at High Growth IT Startup

Salary: $156,000 - 196,000 per year Requirements:

• Exceptional customer service, clear communication, reliability, and ownership of issues through resolution
• Demonstrable experience supporting macOS workstations; PC support experience is a plus
• At least five years of help desk experience
• Moderate networking knowledge, including DHCP, DNS, VPNs, and teleworker connectivity issues
• Experience with Jamf Pro or another mobile device management (MDM) platform
• Experience organizing and maintaining ticketing systems
• Strong written and verbal professional and technical communication skills
• Ownership and leadership qualities, a willingness to develop skills and advance, and receptiveness to constructive feedback
• Calm, focused approach in high-pressure situations
• Basic Bash and/or PowerShell scripting knowledge is a plus
• Experience supporting finance or accounting applications such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Axys is optional

• Work directly with our clients to resolve high-level technical problems
• Provide technical support by phone, email, chat, and in person as needed
• Take on challenging technical projects
• Participate in an on-call rotation
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Maintain internal infrastructure, including Atlassian tools, SAML/SSO, VPNs, Linux systems, and SSL certificates
