Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and routine maintenance services according to manufacturer specifications
• Conduct comprehensive multi-point vehicle inspections
• Inspect fluid levels and recommend maintenance services based on inspection findings
• Check and adjust tire pressure as needed
• Rotate, repair, and replace tires when appropriate
• Perform fluid exchanges and flush services, including coolant, brake fluid, transmission fluid, and power steering fluid
• Inspect belts, hoses, batteries, filters, brakes, and other vehicle components
• Maintain accurate repair orders and inspection reports
• Follow dealership safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Communicate vehicle findings and service recommendations to Service Advisors
• Assist higher-level technicians when needed
• Deliver quality workmanship and exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Lube Technician experience preferred
• Minimum one year of lube technician, maintenance technician, or automotive service experience preferred
• Ability to perform oil changes, tire services, and routine vehicle maintenance
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Desire to learn and grow within the automotive industry
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
