Job Description

Support manufacturing by monitoring quality and resolving production issues in real time. Conduct and participate in internal audits and cross-site audit activities. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive corrective/preventive actions. Partner with engineering and production teams to improve process quality and consistency. Develop and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and control plans. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process and product performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Engineer should have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or similar preferred). Experience in quality engineering or manufacturing environments (open to early-career). Knowledge of ISO 9001. Experience with auditing and continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma/Lean). Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain DoD Clearance.
