About the Role:

World Headquarters 101in Brookings, OR is looking for a passionate and skilled Cook to join our kitchen team! Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift
• Monitor food inventory, freshness, and proper storage procedures
• Assist with food prep including chopping, portioning, and mise en place
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Follow all food safety, health code, and sanitation guidelines
• Adapt to varying station assignments including grill, sauté, fry, or prep as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a cook, line cook, or in a professional kitchen preferred
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards (Food Handler's Card a plus)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
