Great Places Housing Group is seeking a dedicated Caretaker to act as on-site point of contact, maintaining cleanliness and safety across estates and communal areas. You will build positive relationships with residents and operate as part of a mobile, flexible team to support Great Places communities. The role requires hands-on maintenance, safety checks and the ability to work independently or with others in a dynamic environment.
