Compensation: $70 - $90/hr Your compensation offer will be calculated according to your skills, experience, and qualifications. You may also be eligible to receive other taxable and non-taxable earnings, reimbursements, and benefits in addition to hourly rates.

Quick Facts:

• Monday Friday, 8 am 5 pm 5, 8-hour shifts per week
• 20 25 patients per day
• Adults and some geriatrics patient population
• May float to other sites as needed
• Workers comp, MS evals, and occupational health exams
• DOT certification required
• 2 years of recent occupational health experience required
• Hospital privileges required
