  • Deliver the warm, confident welcome that defines the Hampton brand and sets the tone for every guest's stay.

  • Manage transactions, reservations, and daily operations with accuracy, confidence, and a natural ease with technology.
  • Represent a destination property in a city celebrated worldwide for its music, culture, and Southern hospitality.
What Success Looks Like

You communicate fluently and professionally in English, both spoken and written. You move comfortably between guest interactions and computer systems. You remain composed and energetic through a role that keeps you on your feet, moving continuously, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds. Above all, you understand that hospitality is a performance — and you're ready to take center stage.
