This leadership role is responsible for managing customer credit risk, reducing bad debt exposure, improving collections performance, and ensuring efficient AR processes.What You'll Be Doing:Manage credit approvals, customer risk assessments, and payment termsLead collection strategies for past-due and high-risk accountsOversee cash applications, account reconciliations, and dispute resolutionMonitor aging reports, DSO, credit exposure, and bad debt riskPartner with Sales and Operations to resolve customer payment issuesLead month-end AR close and support audit and reporting activitiesCoach, develop, and lead a Credit & Accounts Receivable teamDrive process improvements, automation initiatives, and stronger internal controlsWhat We're Looking For:5+ years of Credit, Collections, and AR leadership experience and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fieldStrong background in credit analysis and risk managementExperience improving collections performance and cash flow metricsERP system proficiency and advanced Excel skillsStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilitiesSalary Range: $85-98KThis is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing teams, improving processes, and making a measurable impact on business performance.If you meet all of the qualificationsabove for the AR/Collections/Credit Manager position, apply today!Not exactly what you were looking for?
