Coiled Tubes Services Press Straightening Operator - Houston, TX

LOCATION: Houston - Texas - USA

DEPARTMENT: INDUSTRIAL OPERATIONS

Performs the operation of rolling stands assembly and complex repairs, in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable procedures, complying with defined quality standards.

Main responsibilities:

• Performs cage assemble and disassemble.
• Repairs and replaces tool parts.
• Carries out equipment diagnosis.
• Controls equipment lubrication.
• Changes machine parts such as bearings or shafts.
• Performs dimensional and visual inspection of the repair.
• Executes equipment set-up and rolls calibration according to specifications.
• Repairs and replaces simple parts.

Schedule: This position will be required to work on a rotating shift.

Preferred skills:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Maintenance, mechanical skills
• Welding experience
• Familiar with operating a forklift
• Familiar with operating an overhead crane
• Ability to work in a team and maintain a good attitude
• Familiar with the ERW process and the Tubing Industry
