$80k - $115kHigh Impact
High Impact Financial Analysis is a Certified B Corp® that provides underwriting, portfolio management, and data analytics services to mission-driven lenders and investors. We have an exciting full-time, remote or in-office opportunity available for a Commercial Credit Underwriter (“Underwriter”) in community development finance. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating positive social impact through a career in community development lending and impact investing and has at least 2 years of experience underwriting commercial loans for multifamily housing projects, solar or other green energy projects, businesses, charter schools, commercial real estate, or other community assets. Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Senior Underwriter, rather than Underwriter, position.
High Impact clients include Community Development Financial Institutions (“CDFIs”), philanthropic foundations, government entities, and green banks located across the U.S. Our staff is unified behind the core values that influence all aspects of our operations: empathy and support, everyone has a seat at the table, being solutions-oriented, and believing in social impact.
