Job Description:

Are you an experienced Treasury professional with expertise in Asset and Liability Management (ALM), IRRBB, and large-scale systems transformation?

\n

We are looking for a senior professional to support a major Treasury transformation initiative, ensuring operational readiness for the implementation of a new platform for Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB).

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Design and document end-to-end Treasury and ALM processes.
\n
• Establish operational controls, governance, and clear roles and responsibilities.
\n
• Support target operating model and organizational design.
\n
• Develop training materials and coordinate business readiness activities.
\n
• Support parallel runs, cutover planning, and go-live readiness.
\n
• Drive stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, and implementation governance.
\n

\n

What We're Looking For:

\n

\n
• 10+ years of Treasury experience.
\n
• Strong understanding of ALM and IRRBB.
\n
• Experience with multiple large-scale systems implementations.
\n
• Hands-on experience in process design, operational controls, and project delivery.
\n
• Experience with parallel runs, cutover, and go-live programs.
\n
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
\n

Preferred Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Experience with QRM or comparable risk management platforms.
\n
• Exposure to target operating model design.
\n
• Experience delivering large-scale banking transformation programs.
\n
