This is a key role in our operation, requiring someone who is skilled, consistent, and takes pride in doing quality work every day. We are not looking for short-term or “in-and-out” employees. We are looking for long-term team members who want stable hours, a strong team environment, and the opportunity to be part of a growing operation. What You’ll Do Safely operating a sit-down forklift daily Pulling and staging customer orders with accuracy Loading and unloading inbound and outbound materials Organizing, stocking, and maintaining warehouse inventory Bundling, packaging, and preparing materials for delivery or pickup Supporting production and material handling tasks Assisting with dispatch coordination as needed Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Working closely with team members to keep operations running smoothly Ensuring accuracy, quality, and care in all order handling What We’re Looking For Proven experience operating a sit-down forklift (required) Solid warehouse background with multiple function experience (preferred) Strong reliability and consistent attendance record (very important) Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically active environment High attention to detail and pride in accuracy Strong teamwork mindset and willingness to help wherever needed Professional communication and respectful attitude in the workplace Customer‑service mindset when handling materials and orders Ability to work a consistent 40‑hour schedule Schedule Full‑time: 40 hours per week Standard shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (based on role needs) Occasional Saturday work as needed, with a weekday off when scheduled What We Offer Stable, full‑time work with consistent hours Supportive team environment where your work matters Opportunity to grow in responsibility over time for strong performers Starting pay: $17/hour (based on experience) Our Ideal Hire Shows up on time, every time Works safely and efficiently without constant supervision Takes ownership of their tasks and follows through Works well in a team and contributes to a positive work environment Wants a stable long-term position, not just a short-term job #J-18808-Ljbffr
