CT Technologist
This is a 13-week contract position.
Days: Thursday, Friday, and every other weekend from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
The CT Technologist is responsible for producing computerized tomography images of designated anatomical areas as ordered by a licensed physician, according to established practices and procedures. The position is at a facility that performs approximately 125 scans daily using two CT scanners, with support provided by CT tech aides 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This facility is recognized as a DNV stroke center and is ACR accredited.
Produce high-quality CT images as per physician's orders.
Collaborate efficiently with healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient care.
Maintain and operate CT scanning equipment effectively.
Minimum 3 years of experience in CT imaging.
New Jersey DEP license required.
ARRT certification required.
CT certification required.
BLS certification from AHA.
Experience with EPIC is mandatory.
Emergency room experience is preferred.
