The Role As a Banquet Server, you support banquet and event operations by setting up, serving, and breaking down functions. You help create a smooth, professional, and enjoyable experience for all guests attending meetings, celebrations, and special events.
What You Will Be Doing
- Set up banquet rooms according to event requirements
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Clear tables, maintain cleanliness, and assist with event flow
- Refill water, beverages, and buffet items as needed
- Follow event timelines and work closely with banquet captains
- Assist with breakdown and resetting of event spaces
- Ensure service standards and safety procedures are followed
- Provide professional and courteous service at all times
