Applied Systems, Inc. is seeking a Business Insights Analyst to define KPIs for customer health, adoption, and retention by weaving data from Salesforce, billing, customer login, product usage, and marketing platforms. You will collaborate with FP&A, finance, IT, and GTM teams to gather requirements, test, and roll out scalable reporting for a growing business.
