Job TitlePay Rate: 90/hourDuration: Through December 31, 2027Work Mode: Hybrid with weekend WFHLocation: Charlotte, NC (preferred); Iselin, NJ or Frisco, TX consideredEngagement Type: Contract Worker (CW), cost-shared between Network Engineering and Corporate Services ITSchedule: Weekend on-call/scheduled shifts for SDA Migration change windows (recurring, standing requirement) plus select weekday hours for BAU supportResponsibilitiesSupport Corporate Services IT and Network Engineering through a shared-resource modelCover weekend network change-window validation for physical security and facilities systemsProvide weekday BAU support across physical security infrastructure, general IT operations, and network migration documentationRequirementsHands-on network change-window support (pre/post-change validation, MOP execution)Working knowledge of SD-Access (SDA) or similar SDN architecture, at a validation/troubleshooting levelDirect experience with at least one enterprise VMS/access control platform (Genetec Security Center or Lenel OnGuard)IP camera infrastructure troubleshooting (AXIS or comparable)Standard IT support functions: provisioning, imaging, asset tracking, onboarding/offboardingStrong written documentation skillsAbility to work standing weekend shifts as a core job requirementComfortable managing dual reporting lines across two internal teamsPreferred SkillsGenetec Security Center or Lenel OnGuard certificationCCNA/CCNP or equivalent Cisco networking certificationAXIS Certified Professional or equivalentFacilities/environmental monitoring systems experienceScripting/automation exposure (PowerShell, Python)ServiceNow or similar ITSM platform experiencePrior experience in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare)
