Spherion Staffing is partnering with a premier local employer in Spokane to recruit a dependable, safety-focused CDL Class A Truck Driver . This mostly local, 1 overnight position stay offers steady year-round work, competitive pay, and the opportunity to be home evenings. This position is a mixture of warehouse/forklift driving and deliveries to local businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate and drive Class A vehicles to make local deliveries and transports in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service during loading, transit, and drop-off interactions.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain equipment safety and compliance.
• Secure loads properly and ensure freight meets safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and electronic/paper driver logs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Clean driving record and active medical card.
• Strong commitment to safety regulations and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle physical aspects of the job, including load securing and vehicle inspections.
