Position Summary FINETECH US INC. is a Korean specialty construction company performing Ultra-High Purity (UHP) piping and mechanical installation at Samsung Electronics' Taylor FAB and Hutto project sites. This position is responsible for supporting 5D design and assisting with field administrative tasks. On-the-job training for the 5D modeling software will be provided upon hire, offering a structured career path to grow into a professional Modeler as you gain experience. 2. Key Responsibilities 5D Modeling & Support Perform modeling for the 6 major semiconductor utility trades using Samsung’s proprietary 5D piping design software: BULK/EXHAUST, S-GAS, CHEMICAL, UPW/DRAIN, VACUUM, ELECTRIC Create and manage presentation/documentation materials using CAD and PowerPoint based on drawings modeled in the 5D program. (Training for 5D software and CAD operation will be provided after joining.) Opportunity to advance into an independent Modeler as experience is gained. Drawing & Document Management Manage CAD drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM) files. Translation & Communication Support Provide Korean-English interpretation support within the office (for internal meetings and visits by local engineers). 3. Qualifications Required Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (Business Communication). Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Entry-level candidates are welcome (No prior experience required; in-house training for 5D and CAD programs will be provided). Preferred Experience using CAD (AutoCAD or similar design software). Experience in 5D design or piping/plant modeling. Experience working in semiconductor FABs or construction/engineering sites. Availability for overtime work during peak project periods. Prior experience working in Korean-affiliated companies. 4. Work Environment & Benefits Primary Location: 1530 FM 973, Taylor, Texas 76574 (Field Office) Work Environment: Office based at a semiconductor FAB construction site (includes on-site field visits).
