Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including evaluations, consultations, and treatments
• Perform individualized patient evaluations to assess physical function and mobility
• Design and implement goal-directed, customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
• Monitor and document patient progress toward maximum physical performance
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure comprehensive patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Montana
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Experience performing patient evaluations and developing individualized care plans
• Strong knowledge of physical rehabilitation techniques and therapeutic interventions

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a multi-site or rural healthcare setting
• Familiarity with a broad patient population across varying conditions and mobility challenges
