Service Technician

Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Dental insurance Vision insurance About the Role Join a Manufacturing Company as a Service Technician working in their Bossier City, Louisiana office, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive top‑notch service; this position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting‑edge pump technologies while being part of a dedicated team committed to excellence. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various pump systems. Repair, fabricate, install, and remove a variety of pumps as well as other related equipment. Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutions. Work with knowledge of pumps, small engines, change oil, and service rental units. Install and test new pump equipment in accordance with company standards. Provide exceptional customer service and support during service calls. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used. Able to identify issues and will then either fix the problem or order any necessary parts for the repair. Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in pump systems. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during service operations. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. 3+ years of experience in pump service or related field. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in a manufacturing company is a plus. Willingness to work flexible hours and on‑call as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr RELIABLE PUMPS CONSULTANTS INC
