Key Responsibilities

• Be a proud ambassador of the Dairy Queen® brand with professional and enthusiastic fan interactions
• Manage dining room and kitchen operations to exceed fan expectations with timely, quality service
• Ensure adherence to Dairy Queen® standards in inventory, cash controls, and PRIDE systems
• Support the General Manager with hiring, training, coaching, and developing a talented team
• Create a safe, clean, and inviting environment for both fans and team members
• Resolve fan concerns calmly and uphold Dairy Queen’s service recovery standards
• Assist with local store marketing, social media and community relations initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1-3 years of high-volume restaurant leadership experience, preferably in quick service
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proven ability to manage costs of goods sold (COGS) and labor effectively
• ServSafe® certifiable with strong knowledge of safe food handling practices
• Ability to work under pressure with a positive, fun attitude
• Comfortable standing for entire shifts and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Availability for weekends and overtime as needed
