Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Observe, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing support for well, chronic, or acutely ill individuals
• Coordinate communications and actions with other health professionals
• Ensure the appropriate management of medications and health documentation
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure trained support for health and safety topics
• Maintain individual health documentation and facilitate communication with discharge coordinators

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• RN compact state license
• Home Health experience
• Experience with HCHB and OASIS
• Skills in IV, wound care, PICC line, wound vac, Trach, lab draws
