Role Description
- GCP Cloud Operations Suite:
- Cloud Monitoring
- Cloud Logging
- Error Reporting
- Trace & Profiler
- API Management & Apigee
- Implement API first strategy using Apigee:
- API proxies, shared flows
- API product lifecycle management
- Developer portal integration
- Define API governance framework (versioning, throttling, monetization where applicable)
- Implement security best practices:
- OAuth2.0, JWT, OpenID Connect
- mTLS, API key management
- Threat protection policies
- Design hybrid/multi cloud integrations using Apigee (X / Hybrid)
- Optimize API performance and scalability
- Integrations:
- Design Enterprise Integration Hub using:
- Apigee + Pub/Sub + Eventarc + Cloud Run
- Modernize legacy batch/file based integrations into API/event based systems
- Establish canonical data models and API contracts
- DevOps & Platform Engineering:
- Implement CI/CD pipelines (Cloud Build, GitHub Actions)
- Enable Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Design container platforms (GKE / Cloud Run)
- Standardize deployment frameworks and reusable components
