Job Title: Technical Lead / Technical Support Lead / Application Support Staff Job ID: 97680 Position Type: Full-Time Employment Location: Santa Clara, California, USA (Fully Onsite / Hybrid / Fully Remote) Role/Responsibilities The Application Support Staff is responsible for monitoring business applications and websites to ensure system availability, performance, and data accuracy. This role involves application monitoring, SQL data verification, log analysis, and supporting issue investigation using cloud platforms and monitoring tools. Qualifications & Experience Key Responsibilities Monitor APIs and internal applications to ensure availability and proper functioning. Perform application and infrastructure monitoring across cloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure. Monitor system performance, alerts, and application health using Datadog. Review and analyze application and system logs using Splunk to detect errors, failures, or performance issues. Perform SQL data verification and validation to ensure database accuracy and integrity. Investigate and troubleshoot data discrepancies, application errors, and system alerts. Support production issue resolution by coordinating with development, DevOps, and business. Document incidents, root causes, and resolutions in the ticketing system. Generate reports and extract data using SQL queries when required. Follow operational procedures and escalate issues when necessary to maintain service availability. Compensation and Benefits A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
